Court Discharges Munir Khan of All Charges in Body Revival Case of 2014 and 2015

Mumbai: In a significant legal victory, Munir Khan, the creator of Body Revival, has been acquitted of all charges filed against him in 2014 and 2015 by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA had alleged that Body Revival, a product promoted by Munir Khan, was fake, leading to a criminal case being filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The chargesheet, which was submitted by the police to the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, was contested by Munir Khan through his legal representative. His advocate filed a discharge application, presenting factual evidence and legal points that challenged the accusations. After careful examination of all the submissions, the court granted the discharge application, leading to the dismissal of all charges.

Munir Khan’s discharge from the case marks a notable resolution to the long-standing legal dispute. His legal team emphasized that the case was based on unfounded claims, and the court’s ruling upholds Munir Khan’s stance of innocence. The decision brings to an end the years-long controversy surrounding Body Revival, a product that continues to claim benefits as an Ayurvedic formulation combining traditional and modern scientific principles.
