Air India Express: Summer Schedule: Over 360 Daily Flights, 20% Increase in International Services

<p>During the summer schedule, Air India Express will run more than 360 flights per day, with a 20% increase in foreign services.</p>
<p>The airline and AIX Connect, formerly known as AirAsia India, are merging, and both airlines’ flights are scheduled at this time.</p>

<p>The Tata Group-owned airline Air India Express said on Monday that it would have more than 360 daily departures during the summer timetable.</p>
<p>There will be a surge in domestic flights of more than 25% and an increase in international services of more than 20% over the summer schedule of last year.</p>
<p>This adds up to 19 international and 55 domestic flights, for a total of 259 domestic and 109 international departures, according to the press release.</p>
<p>The summer program typically runs from the last Sunday of March until the final Saturday of October. The summer program for 2024 is set to run from March 31 until October 26.</p>
<p>The airline plans to increase the number of flights it operates to several locations, including Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Jeddah, and Sharjah.</p>
<p>At the moment, Air India Express has 67 aircraft in its fleet (39 Boeing 737s and 28 Airbus A320s), and it runs around 360 flights every day.</p>
